I am not planning on it. I am doing this seminar in December and am not sure when I will be doing the next, probably in my more slow winter months so once a year or so?

hello..
When i apply an eye liner to the bottom side of my eye, it wont stay for long. The eyes towards my end are kind of watery. So after half hour or so the you dont see any eyeliner as if i havent applied it. It doesnt look gud with eyeliner only at the center.
I tried using waterproof eyeliner too, but i havent found much difference.
So i would like you to suggest me regarding this.

Hi Swetha,
Are you applying the liner inside the eye, in the water cil or below the eye by the lash line?

I think iapply the liner in the water cil area ..I have this problem only at the ends…The center part is gud.

Hi Swetha,
That can happen:( It is a wet area, so it is very hard for a product that stay in place, so most of the time it requires a touch up or two throughout the day.

thanks for the information,…do u think i have to put it a little below the cil area….do u thin it works out??…
